The workers at this office are the best out of any office in town. They are curtious, understanding and do not belittle you.
I have misplaced my EBT card, and I was wondering if I went to the DES office, if I could get a same-day replacement? Or would I have to wait the 7-10 business days?
When I was stressed out that day and thought that I could just ask a question out loud and not wait in line because it was a matter of just getting a quick answer and leaving, they were very good to hold their ground and say that you would have to wait in line so that they treat everybody fairly and accordingly.I thank them for that but I was just having a rough day and that was on me
