   Horrible service. Set phone appointments without prior notice of call or appointment. Leave voice mail to contact a number they use to take interviews but no one answers just automated voice system. For 5 days I tried actually holding as long as 2.5 hours (literally) with phone screenshots ot called ID and time stamps. Then someone rescheduled me for Monday the 25. Stay had phone glued to my hip ALL DAY and STILL NO CALL. Went to nearest off waited outside in line for 2 hours. Once inside was told someone called me twice and was given another date. EVERY PHONE HAS CALLER ID... I went thru my Phone and NOTHING. This has been a very Stressful thing. We're ALL UNDER SOME TYPE OF DURESS but there is Definitely an Integrity issue here with whomever it is that's claiming to call but is definitely NOT. I know the Pandemic has re-written ALL of our Lives but Honesty and Integrity should NOT be something we Sacrifice for any less than the TRUTH. I understand Staffing is Scarce but if given a Case to follow up on, do that but don't say you did something and didn't, that doesn't hurt you it hurts the individual needing the Benefits. There's enough hurt in the World right now Already.
